Where we deliver

We deliver right across Australia, to every state and territory. Delivery times are the same wherever you are.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more, measured on the basket total including GST. Below that, a flat $27.50 delivery charge applies, and that figure includes GST. The charge is shown in your basket before you pay, so nothing is added at the last step.

Below $100 there is one rate, and it is the $27.50 above. Once your order is over $100 delivery is free, and you can still choose to pay $27.50 for the express service if you want it. We do not publish a faster transit time for it, so if speed is what you need, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.

How long it takes

Delivery takes 5 to 7 days, and the time varies by location. That is what this store has always published and it is what we will keep to; we do not quote a separate picking and packing window, because we would rather not give you a number we have not measured.

Our delivery partners

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will get an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped. We do not have a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you before then.

Once you have your number you can follow the parcel on our order tracking page.

Separate parcels

Items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If part of an order has arrived and you are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it.
