What we do not limit

Nothing on this page limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law that goods be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. The Australian Consumer Law does not allow those to be excluded, and we do not try to.

What we do limit

Outside those, our liability to you for any one order is limited to the price you paid for the goods that the claim relates to, plus the delivery you paid on them.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for delays caused by a courier, by weather or by anything else outside our reasonable control.

Using the products sensibly

Everything sold here is decorative. We make no safety-certification or building-code claim for any of it, and none should be inferred. If a project needs a documented material property, ask us before ordering and we will tell you what the supplier states.

Pots and small decorative pieces are not toys, and are not intended for unsupervised use around very young children.

Indemnity

If you use this site or our products in a way that breaks these terms or the law, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it. This does not apply to anything caused by us.

We keep the information on this site accurate and up to date. Natural products vary, so weights and sizes are averages. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
